Brief development / Feasibility
From initial meetings, we are able to help develop your brief and project requirements. Where necessary, we can undertake feasibility studies and / or design options to explore your ideas and provide guidance on the most suitable route to achieve your aims.
Planning
We are able to provide, present and submit information to support relevant planning applications (including Lawful Development Certificates, Pre-application Enquiries, Planning applications - both Full and Outline). Where applications may require additional specialist consultant input (such as arboricultural, biodiversity, highways, etc), we are able to co-ordinate this.
Historic Environment
Works to listed buildings, in conservation areas or in the wider historic environment require specialist advice and, within our practice, we have experience of working in this field and are able to provide this specialism.
Once the appropriate planning consents have been obtained, we are able to prepare the detailed drawings which are required to secure Building Regulations approval and which builders can use to price and build the project.
Building Regulations
Dependent on the size of project, we are able to prepare any level of additional information required to enable contractors to cost and build the project, from simple schedules of work to fully specified tender packages. Once on site, we are able to provide contract administration and site supervision services to enable the satisfactory completion of the building.

Site Supervision
We are happy to prepare lump sum fee proposals for any stage of work but will recommend working on a time-charged basis where we think this will be most cost effective for our clients.
